About the role
- Investment Proposition Reporting Analyst enhancing customer experience through clear investment reporting in Pensions and Savings at Phoenix Group.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in enhancing customer experience by transforming complex investment information into clear, engaging reporting
- Produce fund fact sheets, infographics, and performance reporting
- Involved in the development of new investment reporting and changes to existing reporting
- Carry out investigations and provide technical support to other business areas
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of investments and investment propositions for the UK pensions industry
- Practical experience of creation and change of customer facing investment reporting
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information, ideas and plans to stakeholders
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally and at all levels of the organisation
- Proficient with Excel, including spreadsheet creation, calculations, and clear data presentation
