About the role
- Zentraler Qualitätsmanager overseeing quality standards and audits in healthcare settings. Collaborating with teams and authorities to enhance quality assurance measures.
Responsibilities
- Further develop and ensure quality standards across our care facilities
- Monitor and manage nursing performance indicators
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks, and derive measures for improvement
- Support and advise facilities on implementing quality assurance measures
- Train and advise staff on quality management topics
- Collaborate with authorities, inspection bodies and external partners
- Responsible for the quality management manual
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in social and health sciences or a comparable qualification
- A state-recognized qualification as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse or pediatric nurse
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in hands-on nursing, ideally as a head of nursing or in quality management within healthcare
- Additional qualifications (QMB, Quality Manager, Internal Auditor) in quality management are an advantage
- Resilience, organizational talent and flexibility
- Solid knowledge of quality and risk management
- Willingness to travel within Berlin
