Copywriter & Content Manager at Theodo producing and managing external content for the company. Collaborating with tech, sales, and marketing teams to create impactful stories and maintain brand coherence.
Responsibilities
Write and edit customer stories in collaboration with tech, product and sales teams.
Support consultants and engineers in drafting technical articles and thought leadership pieces.
Develop and write interview questions and scripts in preparation for video shoots.
Adapt content to each channel: website, newsletters, LinkedIn, press releases, blogs.
Ensure the quality, clarity and consistency of the editorial tone across all materials.
Ensure adherence to the brand tone, style guide, storytelling and Theodo guidelines.
Proofread, edit and enrich texts produced by other internal contributors.
Maintain a knowledge base and editorial templates for the group.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Motion Designer, Webmaster and the sales & tech teams.
Actively participate in editorial committees, plan publications and monitor their performance.
Own the production calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide reporting on content performance and reach (reads, engagement, feedback).
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in writing/content management, ideally in a tech, consulting or B2B environment.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects.
Strong command of storytelling, interviewing and copywriting techniques.
Proficiency with AI-assisted content generation tools.
Good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for distributing content on LinkedIn and the web.
Strong editorial rigor, attention to detail and a good sense of narrative.
