Responsibilities
Be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the national team of 5 to 7 sales representatives
Manage team productivity and KPIs to ensure that input metrics deliver the correct revenue outputs
Manage a team of "hunters" focused on new client acquisition
Support and develop team members through active listening, empathy, performance monitoring, and two-way feedback
Mentor those on the team through shadowing and role-playing, providing tailored feedback and development plans
Use data insights to identify issues and propose team-focused solutions
Ensure the team executes a high-quality consultative sales process
Travel at least 2 weeks per month to meet clients, team, and for regular meetings
Requirements
Previous experience as a manager is required
At least 5 years of experience as a salesperson
Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
Ability to participate effectively in meetings conducted in English
Strong results-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic vision
Excellent communication, empathy, active listening, and feedback delivery skills
Ability to analyze data and drive improvements
B2B, SaaS, and SMB specific sales experience preferred
Should be based in a major city: Madrid, Barcelona, or Seville
