About the role

  • Support month-end close activities related to inventory, COGS, and distribution.
  • Reconcile inventory adjustments and ensure proper classification in financial statements.
  • Process co-manufacturing billbacks and validate production/shipment data across systems.
  • Perform sample counts and reconcile inventory across portals and ERP systems.
  • Analyze cost and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Execute control reviews, including SOX compliance, within supply chain accounting.
  • Communicate findings and compliance summaries to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in financial roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
