Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for The Christ Hospital’s Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI)
Work directly with marketing leadership and clinical stakeholders to increase awareness and drive patient acquisition
Strengthen internal engagement across the health network
Balance high-impact external marketing with engaging internal messaging
Collaborate with HVI and marketing leadership in planning content calendars and strategic message development
Implement omni-channel marketing plans including advertising, PR, digital and social campaigns, CRM, and community education
Manage ongoing internal communication initiatives including newsletters and employee campaigns
Requirements
Proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role
Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT
Budget management
Knowledge of outlook and calendar management
Ability to think strategically and analytically
