About the role

  • Marketing Specialist at The Christ Hospital developing and executing strategies for the Heart & Vascular Institute. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive awareness and patient acquisition while strengthening internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for The Christ Hospital’s Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI)
  • Work directly with marketing leadership and clinical stakeholders to increase awareness and drive patient acquisition
  • Strengthen internal engagement across the health network
  • Balance high-impact external marketing with engaging internal messaging
  • Collaborate with HVI and marketing leadership in planning content calendars and strategic message development
  • Implement omni-channel marketing plans including advertising, PR, digital and social campaigns, CRM, and community education
  • Manage ongoing internal communication initiatives including newsletters and employee campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT
  • Budget management
  • Knowledge of outlook and calendar management
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Communication (oral and written)
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
