About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for executing marketing strategies across retail and e-commerce for TASI. Impacting brand storytelling and campaign performance while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing calendar and launch multi-channel campaigns (retail, e-commerce, email, social, in-store)
  • Develop and optimize campaigns for traffic, conversion, and revenue; report insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with Store Ops, Production, and Brand teams to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent messaging
  • Lead content direction (copy and visuals) and manage internal/external contributors
  • Manage email programs (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), A/B testing, and automated flows
  • Establish repeatable processes and documentation for campaign execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (retail/e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable with data tracking and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and campaign optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
