About the role

  • Talent & Development Partner responsible for learning initiatives and performance processes at Very's Skygate site. Collaborating with local leadership to enhance workplace experience and support career development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver learning initiatives and performance processes
  • Ensure all colleagues receive the “Very Experience”
  • Collaborate with the local leadership team to promote operational excellence
  • Motivate, guide, and support colleagues on site
  • Provide and manager data points for monthly ROI report
  • Understand business strategy and drive culture change
  • Create, facilitate, and deliver learning opportunities
  • Drive the upskill and reskill of Team Manager colleagues
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of performance
  • Promote, coach & advise on the L&D offering
  • Keep up to date with new learning techniques
  • Maintain personal and professional development

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar L&D role of design, delivery and evaluation with a strong understanding of workplace learning principles
  • Delivered and facilitated leadership and behavioural learning initiatives
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with high attention to detail who works well under deadlines.
  • PC Literate able to build, develop and manipulate complex training plans
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Paperless / Digital innovations
