About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for generating and converting commercial new business in North West region. Collaborative role with North West Management team and adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the North West Management team in a dynamic team environment.
  • Work on company driven sales campaigns around the current Arachas lead facilities.
  • Generate and convert Open Market Commercial New Business.
  • Seek, Quote and Convert quotations for new commercial clients.
  • Meet challenging income acquisition and referral targets set.
  • Assist in achieving the overall objectives of the Commercial Lines New Business Team.
  • Manage aged debt and premium collection in line with company procedures.
  • Build effective working relationships with all prospective clients.
  • Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in your work.

Requirements

  • CIP Qualified
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous Open I experience
  • Previous successful Insurance Sales experience
  • Significant technical insurance knowledge
  • Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients in a limited time frame
  • Strong work ethic
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Quick learning capabilities and an aptitude for understanding the variable elements of insurance products.
