About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for the entire sales process at a growing aesthetic healthcare startup. Managing prospect relationships and exceeding revenue targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads while maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive sales plan
  • Work with the product team to create and articulate compelling value propositions, including influencing the product roadmap based on prospect feedback
  • Perform all aspects of the sales function from initial outreach to close quickly
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by anticipating client business needs
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals in alignment with the company’s operating model
  • Represent Prospyr by attending industry events and conferences
  • Learn how the industry operates and become an expert in the aesthetics market and Med Spa operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing successful sales plans in a startup environment
  • Outstanding writing, documentation, presentation skills
  • Experience working in a team environment with business, technical, and product teams
  • A commitment to operating ethically using integrity and aligning to company values
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness and accountability to learn and grow
  • Familiarity with using a CRM to maintain account information, accurately forecast, and manage deal pipeline activity.
  • The ability to travel as required to win business
  • You’re a self-starter. This is a seed-stage company where you’ll have to wear a lot of hats and help us create momentum.
