About the role

Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founding team — shape strategic initiatives, internal projects, and client engagements together
- Project work with clients — support planning, steering, and implementation of marketing and growth projects
- Account management (light) — help maintain client relationships, prepare reporting, and coordinate actions
- Strategy & organization — develop internal processes, build structures, and increase efficiency
- Finance & operations — create business plans, financial models, and reports, and optimize our finance processes
- Business development — contribute to the development of new service offerings and help expand into new markets
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience (0–2 years) in a dynamic environment (e.g., consulting, marketing, startup, VC)
- Structured and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct client work
- Analytically strong, detail-oriented, and pragmatic
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on operational responsibility
- Fluent in German and English
