About the role

  • Sales professional responsible for building customer relationships and driving software sales at Access. Working in a fast-paced environment to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for developing your own demonstration skills and know when to call for assistance
  • Build a multi-level relationship with the customers and nurture every opportunity
  • Understand the business plans and expectations of your customers
  • Host meetings at all levels with customers
  • Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team
  • Always provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers
  • You may be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople

Requirements

  • Experience in selling software digitally is preferable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to the constant growth
  • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
  • Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts
