About the role
- Marketing Operations Engineer II configuring and integrating Marketing Technology stack including Salesforce and Marketo. Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the configuration, maintenance, and integration of our Marketing Technology stack
- Implement technical solutions for marketing campaigns
- Troubleshoot platform issues
- Manage data integrations
- Support both business-as-usual operations and strategic change initiatives
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Marketo: smart campaigns, smart lists, forms, landing pages, programs, and Marketo-Salesforce sync
- Intermediate-to-advanced Salesforce knowledge: custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and sync management
- Programming/scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages
- Experience with event management platforms
- Experience with revenue attribution platforms
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and campaign management
- Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
