About the role

  • Marketing Operations Engineer II configuring and integrating Marketing Technology stack including Salesforce and Marketo. Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the configuration, maintenance, and integration of our Marketing Technology stack
  • Implement technical solutions for marketing campaigns
  • Troubleshoot platform issues
  • Manage data integrations
  • Support both business-as-usual operations and strategic change initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Marketo: smart campaigns, smart lists, forms, landing pages, programs, and Marketo-Salesforce sync
  • Intermediate-to-advanced Salesforce knowledge: custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and sync management
  • Programming/scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages
  • Experience with event management platforms
  • Experience with revenue attribution platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and campaign management
  • Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
