About the role

  • Marketing Manager overseeing brand consistency and marketing projects for critical infrastructure solutions. Responsible for content management, SEO optimization, and marketing area development.

Responsibilities

  • You ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels and create engaging content.
  • Establish and lead the marketing function operationally in close coordination with department leadership.
  • Independently plan, execute and evaluate marketing projects (online & offline, social media, newsletters, etc.).
  • Responsible for project management: develop ideas, implement them and measure success using relevant KPIs.
  • Support and guide the Social Media Assistant in campaign and content planning.
  • Produce reports, analyses and recommendations to further develop the marketing function.
  • Select and manage external service providers (graphic design, agencies, print).
  • Maintain and develop our website.
  • Optimize for search engines (SEO).
  • Execute online campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Manage on-site event support.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communications or media.
  • Several years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and social media, ideally 3–6 years.
  • Confident use of graphic tools (Adobe, Canva) and Typo3.
  • Structured, independent and responsible working style.
  • Creative sense for visual and written content, strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills.
  • Affinity for AI-supported marketing technologies and openness to new digital tools.
  • Project leadership or coordination experience is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
