About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement at a local company in Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital, print, social media, and PR channels
  • Articulate with Human Relations department for internal communications management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, content creation, and promotional materials
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning strategies to improve market share and brand equity
  • Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Optimize digital channels to enhance lead generation and customer engagement
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve digital marketing efforts
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives
  • Present marketing plans and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
  • Analyze campaign performance and utilize insights to make data-driven decisions
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • English proficiency (mandatory)
  • French and/or Spanish are a plus.
