About the role

Responsibilities
- Creation of property exposés and marketing materials for real estate projects
- Preparation of property information/data, market and location analyses
- Support with investment memoranda and presentations
- Research on real estate markets, transactions and comparable properties
- Maintenance of property and market databases
- Support with general tasks in transaction management for acquisition processes
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Architecture or a comparable field
- Interest in real estate, investments and markets
- Analytical mindset; ideally first experience in real estate or finance
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and basic knowledge of Excel
- Responsible and structured way of working
- Attention to detail in documentation and data-room management
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
