Responsibilities
Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process
Sourcing, interviewing, screening, recruiting, and recommending placement of candidates
Use creative sourcing methods to attract quality candidates
Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers
Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two years related experience required
Hospitality industry knowledge
Hotel work experience preferred
Ability to travel (including overnight) occasionally for job fairs, meetings, and training.
