About the role

  • Recruiter managing full life cycle recruiting for Tharaldson Hospitality's 90 hotels. Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates while ensuring compliance with hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Sourcing, interviewing, screening, recruiting, and recommending placement of candidates
  • Use creative sourcing methods to attract quality candidates
  • Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two years related experience required
  • Hospitality industry knowledge
  • Hotel work experience preferred
  • Ability to travel (including overnight) occasionally for job fairs, meetings, and training.
