Responsibilities
- Understand contexts and stakeholder needs
- Develop the architecture and lead the Solution Orientation Review (SOR)
- Design the solution: Lead the Solution Requirements Review (SRR) and the Solution Functional Review (SFR)
- Develop the solution: Lead the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and the Critical Design Review (CDR)
- Integrate and verify the solution: Lead the Test Readiness Review (TRR) and the Technical Qualification Review (TQR)
- Validate the solution: Lead the Final Qualification Review (FQR)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (BAC+5 equivalent) from an engineering school or university with a specialization in complex systems engineering
- Experience in requirements analysis and system specification through integration / verification / qualification
- Cross-functional management of engineering teams in guided munitions or complex real-time embedded architectures, including hardware, software, and modeling/simulation
- Knowledge of DDQS processes
