Responsibilities
Responsible for quality management at country level
Ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained across the entire lifecycle
Provide operational and strategic leadership of the quality organization
Ensure consistent processes, methods and tools across all Swiss locations
Plan and conduct ISO and internal audits
Foster skills, ownership and a culture of quality throughout the company
Accountability for quality across the entire lifecycle
Define and enforce quality standards
Requirements
Solid experience in quality management
Several years of quality management experience in a high‑tech environment (e.g., defense, aviation, aerospace, rail, MedTech, mechanical engineering)
Experience building and developing management systems
Leadership experience in quality management (line or project)
Strong knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AQAP 2210/2210)
Experience conducting audits
Strong analytical skills and experience with root‑cause analysis
Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented working style
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Very good German and English; French is an advantage
Willingness to travel regularly (weekly) within Switzerland between Bern and Zurich
