About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, understanding their business objectives and advertising needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing and Technical Operations) to ensure seamless integrations and activation for all partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze Partner performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal/external support teams to resolve any challenges
  • Track and deliver regular reporting of all new and existing partnership status’s and performance to your Senior Manager and broader teams as necessary
  • Stay informed about the current industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies in programmatic advertising
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and workflow

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic buying and DSP management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing relationships
  • Strong understanding of DSP platforms, ad exchanges, and the programmatic ecosystem
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for digital advertising and a desire to stay ahead of the curve
