About the role

  • Amazon Campaign Executive at Bayer managing PPC and DSP campaigns for France. Focusing on creative content and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Amazon Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Manage and optimise Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns for the French market to boost sales and visibility. Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives daily to improve ROAS and reduce ACOS. Use platforms like Pacvue, Skai, or BidX to manage campaigns and gain actionable insights efficiently. Align Amazon Advertising with promotional calendars to maximise impact during key events. Track and report metrics showing how advertising and content improvements drive results.
  • Creative Content Production & Adaptation: Use AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite to produce and adapt assets for Amazon paid placements, focusing on performance as well as appearance. Apply AI-based creative tools to speed up asset production, testing, and iteration, especially for PDP videos. Ensure all creative content follows Amazon's specifications and delivers a consistent shopper experience from initial impression to the product detail page. Tailor brand assets (images, banners, videos) for specific placements, markets, or events to boost relevance and conversion throughout the funnel. Help create and refine A+ Content, Brand Stores, and product detail pages that increase awareness and reduce obstacles for buyers. Analyze creative performance data to find content gaps (like weak hero images or headlines) and address them with practical solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Bayer France eCom and brand teams to provide effective campaign content. Align campaign schedules with launches and deals for optimal advertising impact. Share practical ideas in team meetings to enhance digital shelf performance and results.
  • Performance & Creative Insights: Combine advertising metrics with digital shelf indicators for a comprehensive view of performance. Pinpoint where ads compensate for weak content and highlight opportunities to optimize content to reduce spend. Systematically test creative, messaging, and content improvements to guide strategy. Report regularly to stakeholders, emphasizing the joint effect of advertising and content.
