Requirements
Proven experience on large-scale, multi-faceted hospitality projects across Europe and the Middle East.
Strong track record working collaboratively with wider project teams (design, marketing, operations).
Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously and delivering to tight deadlines.
Excellent supplier and vendor connections.
Solid F&B operations experience.
Highly creative, with a sharp brand focus and a strong eye for detail.
Deep awareness of current and emerging F&B trends, exciting new openings, and market movements.
Arabic speaker.
