About the role

  • Business Development Manager developing B2B sales strategies for concept stores and hospitality sectors. Focused on building sustainable customer relationships and creating scalable sales models.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Development
  • Develop the B2B go‑to‑market strategy for concept stores, furniture retailers, and hotel & hospitality customers
  • Define target segments, offer packages, and pricing/margin logic
  • Build a B2B MVP to test and validate the concept
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Proactively acquire new retailers and support existing customers
  • Qualify and close initial and follow‑on orders
  • Establish and maintain long‑term retailer relationships
  • Attend trade shows, showroom events, and pop‑ups
  • Operational Execution
  • Manage the quotation and ordering process
  • Work closely with Operations on lead times, availability, and samples
  • Build basic CRM structures and sales processes
  • Systematically gather retailer feedback for optimization
  • Learn, Optimize, Scale
  • Analyze relevant KPIs (leads, conversion, basket value, repeat purchases)
  • Derive assortment and process improvements
  • Prepare for scaling (automation, retailer programs, key accounts)

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management
  • Experience building new sales structures (startup, scale‑up, or new business unit)
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasive ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution skills
  • High degree of ownership and a structured working style
  • Willingness to travel – you enjoy meeting customers in person
  • Nice to have: experience in retail, interior, design, D2C, or FMCG
  • Experience in B2B sales to retailers, concept stores, or furniture stores
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Trade show or showroom experience
