About the role

  • Lead generation role focusing on booking qualified meetings with marketing/PR directors and CMOs. Joining a digital marketing company expanding into Reddit Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and book qualified meetings
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, creative channels)
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for sales team
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene
  • Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches
  • Support Marketing Manager with campaign execution and project coordination
  • Assist with case study development and content creation
  • Handle ad-hoc marketing requests from EU team
  • Help build systems and processes as the service line scales

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or lead gen roles (B2B experience preferred)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Able to write compelling, personalized outreach
  • Motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
  • Thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Bonus: Uses Reddit and understands SEO/GEO
