About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for leading a sales team and driving growth within the Rentokil family of companies. Focused on achieving sales objectives and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned region
  • Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage a team of sales managers in the designated area
  • Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory
  • Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance
  • Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory
  • Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team
  • Set a strong example for their team in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits
  • Monitor progress against revenue objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training
  • Preferably 3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity
  • Proven history developing sales colleagues
  • Strong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience
  • Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Available to travel as needed
