Responsibilities

  • Deliver targets against an established portfolio of digital products.
  • Manage a hybrid team of sales representatives focusing on account management and new business.
  • Plan and implement ongoing sales strategies for growth.
  • Use relationship management and negotiation skills to expand the account base.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, continuous coaching, and training for junior sales representatives.
  • Responsible for strong pipeline management and forecasting to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Establish sales objectives and develop sales quotas for regions and brands.
  • Develop, implement, and track plans to maximize new business opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Establish a strong team culture that motivates junior Business Development Associates.
  • Manage multiple sales campaigns against an established sales schedule.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience and a minimum of 2+ years of managing a sales team or salespersons.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, in particular a highly professional telephone manner
  • Self – motivated ad highly driven with a desire to exceed targets
  • Ability to work to targets and showcase resilience in challenging situations
  • Strong management skills with the ability to motivate junior team members, manage performance, and contribute to a culture of sales excellence.
  • Proven track record in on boarding and coaching junior sales representatives
  • ·Strong time management skills - Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate where necessary.
  • The ability to set and measure objectives and the means in place to ensure these are followed up on and met.
  • Ability to forecast and report accurately in Salesforce.
  • Highly enthusiastic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
