About the role

  • Business Analyst & Revenue Planner for commercial strategy in France-Benelux Hub with a focus on sales performance and forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Planning & Performance Management
  • Lead the preparation and development of the ASR, annual budget, and monthly/quarterly sales & margin forecasts
  • Deliver insightful analyses to support strategic presentations, highlighting revenue and margin trends through compelling visuals
  • Monitor monthly/quarterly performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to secure targets
  • Develop and maintain Risks & Opportunities (R&O) tracking
  • Strengthen SalesForce Effectiveness
  • Support Supply Chain & Demand Planning

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales performance analysis, business analysis, or revenue planning
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) and familiarity with BI tools and dashboards
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Fluency in French and English; Dutch (Flemish) is an advantage, as is knowledge of Salesforce.com.
