Responsibilities
Managing the MT/Retail & Wholesale universe within the assigned geographic strata
Ensuring the designed RTM functions smoothly in tandem with distributor operations
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager and managing a team of 1-3 TS/TM
Ensuring execution of brand and trade strategies across the given geographical domain
Achieving Primary & IMS targets with set RR/YTD ambitions
Developing distributor development and value addition plans to improve distribution efficiency
Requirements
Educated to a minimum of bachelor's degree level in a business related subject from a recognised university
Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales, preferably in an FMCG environment
