Responsibilities
Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues.
Implements, coordinates, and presents the new hire training and development program.
Provides mentoring, coaching, as well as formal facilitation to new and existing sales colleagues.
Partnering with the field leadership team, trains and coaches associates to maximize performance.
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance, and lead meetings focused on skill development, improving performance, and prioritized topics as needed.
Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance (e.g., number of inspections per week), as well as other selected KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
