Inside Sales Representative for AI-driven Managed Detection and Response solutions at TENEX.AI. Engaging with potential customers and qualifying sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Diligently qualify inbound leads (MQLs) from marketing campaigns and effectively convert them into qualified sales opportunities (SQLs/SALs) for the Account Executive team.
Strategically conduct targeted outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to penetrate key accounts and generate new pipeline.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TENEX.AI’s AI-native MDR and Security Automation value proposition, being able to articulate it clearly and concisely to prospects.
Conduct high-level discovery conversations with IT and Security professionals to understand their current cybersecurity challenges and position TENEX.AI’s solutions as the preferred alternative.
Ensure a smooth, professional handoff of qualified opportunities to the regional Account Executives, providing comprehensive context and next steps.
Will work closely with assigned Google Cloud Security Renewal Team to mine new opportunities for TENEX.
Requirements
Proven experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity sector.
Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively over the phone and via email.
Highly motivated, persistent, and resilient, with a strong desire to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Experience working with a CRM and sales engagement tools
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts, specifically related to cybersecurity, cloud, or managed services.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Direct experience in selling or working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) or Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services is preferred.
Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology such as SIEM, XDR, Threat Intelligence, and security automation is a plus.
Experience working in a high-growth or startup technology environment is a plus.
