About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing strategies for Mes Soins TELUS Santé and Mon Animal across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages and web communications to our e-commerce store
  • Develop intelligent triggers, audience segments and customer journeys to deliver personalized messages across care moments or key purchase moments for people and pets
  • Drive revenue for our e-commerce site by measuring KPIs such as abandoned cart conversion and average order value
  • Create and maintain an A/B testing roadmap across lifecycle touchpoints to identify the most effective messaging
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical teams and third-party partners
  • Partner with our data team to analyze lifecycle performance and uncover optimization opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in B2C app marketing or e-commerce marketing
  • Experience using enterprise-scale customer relationship management tools
  • Experience with Braze is an asset
  • More than 2 years of CRM management experience with a focus on email, in-app messages, push notifications and SMS channels
  • Proven understanding of how to engage an audience and best practices for email, push notifications, in-app messages and SMS
  • Experience with quality assurance processes
  • HTML skills to structure email content
  • Experience using Liquid templating/logic and JSON editor
  • Knowledge of user data handling and preferences for personalized email campaigns
  • Understanding of Canada's Anti‑Spam Legislation (CASL) requirements
  • Must be proficient in English; bilingualism in French is an asset
