Responsibilities
Supporting end-to-end execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
Conducting company and industry research to assess strategic fit
Building and maintaining detailed financial models, including FCF, DCF, ROI, and scenario analyses
Preparing valuation analyses using precedent transactions, public comps, and other methodologies
Managing cross-functional due diligence processes in collaboration with internal and external teams
Assisting in drafting executive-level presentations and investment memos
Supporting legal documentation through input into agreement schedules and deal summaries
Working alongside Directors and Senior Managers; may lead smaller projects independently
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Engineering, and/or MBA
2–4 years of professional experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar
Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance and valuation methodologies
Proven experience with financial modeling and scenario planning
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
Effective at engaging with diverse stakeholders and working cross-functionally
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strategic mindset with attention to both financial and operational considerations
High degree of professionalism, accountability, and results orientation
