About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operational management of the restaurant, including budget and staff planning
  • Support the restaurant manager in preparing the business performance analysis (BWA)

  • Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in the restaurants

Requirements

  • A completed commercial/vocational qualification or substantial experience in gastronomy or hotel management
  • Extensive knowledge of budget and personnel management
  • Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
