Responsibilities

  • Planning, management and monitoring of cleaning processes
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the cleaning team
  • Quality checks and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as the service specifications
  • Responsibility for inventory management and budget administration
  • Close cooperation with clients, colleagues and partners
  • Development and implementation of optimization measures to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role within the cleaning industry
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with CAFM systems
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation
