Responsibilities
Maintain live and active direct communication with the customer throughout the sales and early implementation phases.
Work with various Teltonika Telematics-manufactured GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, and 1-Wire.
Propose different ways on how to incorporate our devices for various use cases.
Guide and help new customers to integrate Teltonika Telematics solutions.
Go on business trips to visit clients and help them directly implement Teltonika devices into their business use cases.
Organize training sessions and presentations (for a specific client).
Cooperate with the sales team, providing consultation on processes and solutions, and contribute to strategic customer integration and new project alignment.
Collect and share technical information, record issues observed during visits, and collaborate with the technical engineering team.
Requirements
