About the role

  • Head of Sales responsible for developing and leading Teltonika’s sales operations in Australia. Engaging directly with customers and managing a local sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop Teltonika’s sales operations in Australia
  • Build, lead, and coach a local sales team
  • Act as a hands-on player-coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration
  • Execute and adapt HQ-defined GTM strategy to the Australian market
  • Develop and manage distributor and partner relationships
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing a sales team in a senior or leadership role
  • Minimum working 5 years of B2B sales experience with measurable results
  • Strong leadership and people development capability
  • Exposure to GTM / Go-To-Market strategy is a strong advantage
