About the role

  • Area Sales Manager responsible for building customer relationships in Northern Germany for Filics. Engaging with customers and converting interest into project deployments and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of Northern Germany as your region.
  • Visit and engage with customers directly and regularly.
  • Build trust and develop long-term relationships.
  • Convert customer interest into concrete projects and wins.
  • Represent Filics at site visits, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Collect insights from the field and share them with the central team.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to shape a scalable GTM approach.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning new customers and building a region or territory in B2B sales.
  • Experience in intralogistics, automation, robotics, or another complex industrial environment.
  • Ability to turn customer interest into long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and independent way of working.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills at different decision levels.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Northern Germany.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative technologies and for changing how intralogistics works.
