Responsibilities
You will work on the further development and optimization of various Salesforce features and processes to ensure an integrated and efficient user experience for our users.
You enjoy testing and evaluating new technologies and contribute creative solutions to drive projects forward.
You keep up to date with the latest in the Salesforce ecosystem through regular training and work closely with other departments.
You understand the effects and interdependencies of changes and can work them through with the team.
You will be involved in the development and optimization of complex Salesforce Flows.
You create efficient and user-friendly solutions using Flows.
You develop new Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components, maintain existing code and work closely with our other internal development teams.
You manage and maintain user permissions, roles, and access rules to ensure data security and compliance.
You actively participate in the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployments and the deployment process to ensure smooth releases.
Requirements
At least 2 years of practical experience in administering/developing a Salesforce environment (Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud) and a degree in an IT-related field or comparable vocational training.
Programming experience in Apex or Lightning Web Components (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Knowledge of security and object structure in the Sales Cloud as well as an understanding of Salesforce architecture.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce automation and declarative tools—especially Flows.
Experience with deployment pipelines and automated testing is desirable.
Enthusiasm for digitizing and automating processes.
Experience with agile working methods (Scrum) and tools such as Jira or other bug trackers.
Ideally Salesforce certifications—or alternatively an active Trailhead profile.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a structured, analytical and independent way of working.
A strong sense of responsibility and willingness to reliably take on your own tasks and actively contribute to the team’s development.
Openness to feedback and motivation for continuous personal development, including sharing knowledge and promoting an open, appreciative error culture within the team to learn from experience and foster a trusting work environment.
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (B2/C1 level).
Willingness to travel to Hamburg once a month for 3–4 days (Mon–Thu).
