About the role
- Analysts activating corporate services in a collaborative tech environment at Telium. Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Manage the activation process of corporate services across a wide range of scopes and scales;
- Request equipment, links, and licenses from suppliers (internal and external) through their respective systems;
- Follow up with suppliers (internal and external) via email or phone, based on pre-established agreements;
- Interact with Pre-Sales, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Wireless, Linux, Windows, Networks (SP, RJ, POA), Finance, Clients, and Suppliers via email, internal systems, or phone;
- Ensure contracted services are delivered within agreed timelines through operational-level agreements;
- Formalize service delivery to the client via ATS (Service Technical Activation email);
- Update internal systems and spreadsheets using project information;
- Request invoice issuance from Administration via the equipment dispatch process.
Requirements
- Network technician certification and technology-related courses;
- Knowledge of Internet and networking;
- Project experience — topologies;
- Resource allocation/logistics (equipment and personnel);
- Knowledge of hardware;
- Knowledge of administrative routines;
- Negotiation techniques;
- ERP systems;
