Responsibilities
Structure, review, and maintain the job and salary architecture and organizational structure, ensuring consistency across levels, roles, and responsibilities.
Define, manage, and evolve short- and long-term incentive programs, including variable compensation and recognition models.
Conduct and analyze salary surveys, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity of compensation practices.
Perform market benchmarking and manage relationships with compensation-specialist partners.
Support the development, monitoring, and control of the people budget, including headcount, workforce movements, and financial impacts.
Develop and sustain the total rewards strategy, encompassing base salary, variable pay, and benefits.
Support leaders and HR Business Partners on matters related to salary positioning, workforce movements, promotions, and adjustments.
Create analyses, reports, and executive materials to support decision-making.
Requirements
Strong experience in Compensation and Organizational Structure at a senior level.
Knowledge of job and salary structures, incentives, variable compensation, and benefits.
Experience with salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson, among others).
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (modeling, analyses, and scenario planning).
Ability to operate strategically, with business acumen and interface with leadership.
Organized, autonomous, and able to handle multiple priorities.
