About the role

  • Recruiting Analyst managing corporate candidate selection processes and developing strategies for effective hiring. Collaborate with internal clients and share expertise in selecting suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the talent attraction and selection process according to the network's needs and the requirements of open positions
  • Validate job descriptions and requirements for job postings
  • Advertise job opportunities across various channels, such as job boards, social media, universities and employment agencies
  • Screen incoming resumes and perform initial candidate screening to verify basic qualifications
  • Conduct in-person or video interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioral competencies
  • Conduct group assessment exercises when necessary
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on the most qualified candidates for each position
  • Handle administrative tasks related to attraction and selection
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in talent attraction and selection, continuously seeking to improve the area's processes
  • Manage high-volume recruiting
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including alignment with hiring managers for replacements or headcount increases
  • Prepare presentations (PowerPoint) using Microsoft Office
  • Manage job openings in accordance with the proposed SLA

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field
  • Experience in recruitment and selection within consultancies/agencies, retail, or hospitality
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work on-site in Alphaville with a hybrid schedule
