About the role
- Junior Systems Analyst supporting users in TASY system at Unimed Hospital. Responsibilities include user training and system updates.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to TASY system users
- Assist in the analysis and logging of system-related tickets
- Guide users on workflows and system usage
- Support the team with hospital systems requests
- Perform conceptual, logical and physical data modeling
- Systematically follow up on issue and feature requests with the software vendor (software house)
- Create test plans for applications, data environments and development
- Elicit software requirements
- Update and manage updates of management systems
- Gather data and analyze processes, workflows, procedures and scope
- Define test procedures for implemented systems
- Perform deployment, operational and validation tests of systems
- Install systems
- Periodically analyze the performance of implemented systems
- Perform maintenance on installed systems
- Prepare and update manuals for developed systems or projects
- Organize and deliver training to users on newly implemented systems
- Respond to user requests
- Analyze processes relevant to the area of responsibility
- Propose and implement improvements to maximize results
- Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of responsibility
- Stay up to date on new procedures and processes relevant to the area of responsibility
- Perform other related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field
- Hands-on experience with the TASY system
- Good communication skills for user support
