About the role

  • Sales Development Representative driving lead generation for SAP’s digital solutions in the German Market. Engaging potential customers through outbound calling and CRM management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email & LinkedIn to acquire new B2B customers in the German market
  • Present solutions tailored to prospects' needs and challenges
  • Independently generate, qualify and nurture leads and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Use CRM tools to document activities and perform structured follow-up
  • Collaborate with team leads and Account Executives to optimize the process and hand over qualified opportunities

Requirements

  • Initial experience in outbound calling / telesales / lead generation, ideally B2B
  • Confident phone skills with a high call volume and ability to book qualified meetings
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and confident handling objections
  • Structured and reliable CRM documentation and follow-up
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1)
