About the role

  • Sales Development Representative responsible for building a qualified pipeline through cold calling and multi-channel outreach strategies in a rapidly growing startup. Engaging with clients and mapping buying centers for effective lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Build a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling
  • Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Structured ICP account strategy
  • Primary focus on initiating conversations
  • 30–50 structured cold calls per day
  • Create and maintain ICP account lists
  • Buying center mapping
  • Schedule qualified initial meetings
  • Close coordination with AEs (briefing & feedback)
  • Documentation in the CRM
  • Continuous optimization of messaging and call scripts

Requirements

  • Proven cold-calling experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Interest in and comfort using AI tools
  • Clear, precise communication
  • High tolerance for rejection / strong resilience
  • KPI-oriented
  • Organized, structured way of working
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • B2B SaaS experience (nice-to-have)
  • Experience with complex buying centers (nice-to-have)
  • Basic technical understanding (nice-to-have)
