Responsibilities
Build a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling
Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Structured ICP account strategy
Primary focus on initiating conversations
30–50 structured cold calls per day
Create and maintain ICP account lists
Buying center mapping
Schedule qualified initial meetings
Close coordination with AEs (briefing & feedback)
Documentation in the CRM
Continuous optimization of messaging and call scripts
Requirements
Proven cold-calling experience in a B2B environment
Strong phone communication skills
Interest in and comfort using AI tools
Clear, precise communication
High tolerance for rejection / strong resilience
KPI-oriented
Organized, structured way of working
Business-fluent German and English
B2B SaaS experience (nice-to-have)
