Responsibilities
Establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs
Communicate UroLift System and Barrigel value propositions
Develop and maintain territory plans outlining sales objectives
Provide accurate monthly forecasts for product sales
Train and develop accounts to integrate UroLift System and Barrigel products
Collaborate with Professional Education teams for clinical training support
Cultivate relationships with key customers and KOLs
Work with Customer Service teams to exceed expectations
Ensure timely completion of required sales reporting forms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
Operating room experience is essential
Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets consistently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
