About the role

  • Customer Service Administrator processing orders for Teleflex, a global provider of medical technologies. Focused on customer order entry and transaction processing within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support transaction processing for Customer Service with focus on customer order entry.
  • Ensure all orders received via email and fax are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Perform order entry, delivery processing, and price review.
  • Conduct general data entry activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent English; Italian or Polish an advantage.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service department.
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside regular hours if required.
  • Good computer skills; Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge an advantage.
  • Good judgement, problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills.
