Responsibilities
Analyze quality-related deviations and systematically document them.
Evaluate relevant quality metrics and initiate targeted improvement measures.
Further develop the existing quality management system and ensure certification readiness according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Plan and conduct internal process and quality audits and consistently follow up on corrective actions.
Create, update and manage all QM documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions and the QM manual.
Actively participate in the continuous improvement process to optimize internal procedures.
Ensure compliance with and implementation of the TCM quality standard.
Monitor compliance with quality requirements and legal regulations across all relevant company areas.
Collaborate closely with production, development and sales to ensure ongoing product and process quality.
Requirements
Completed technical training as an Industrial Mechanic, Machinist/CNC Machinist, Precision Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
Valid certification as a Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally in a metal-cutting/CNC environment.
Business-minded with a strong sense of entrepreneurial responsibility.
Clear and persuasive communication with internal and external partners.
Confident command of English, both written and spoken.
Flexible and willing to travel within Central Europe.
Initiative, a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ideally, knowledge of IT security processes.
Good IT user skills and experience working with SAP.
