About the role

• Quality Manager responsible for analyzing deviations and implementing quality improvements for industrial projects. Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality-related deviations and systematically document them.
• Evaluate relevant quality metrics and initiate targeted improvement measures.
• Further develop the existing quality management system and ensure certification readiness according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
• Plan and conduct internal process and quality audits and consistently follow up on corrective actions.
• Create, update and manage all QM documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions and the QM manual.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement process to optimize internal procedures.
• Ensure compliance with and implementation of the TCM quality standard.
• Monitor compliance with quality requirements and legal regulations across all relevant company areas.
• Collaborate closely with production, development and sales to ensure ongoing product and process quality.

Requirements

• Completed technical training as an Industrial Mechanic, Machinist/CNC Machinist, Precision Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
• Valid certification as a Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally in a metal-cutting/CNC environment.
• Business-minded with a strong sense of entrepreneurial responsibility.
• Clear and persuasive communication with internal and external partners.
• Confident command of English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible and willing to travel within Central Europe.
• Initiative, a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ideally, knowledge of IT security processes.
• Good IT user skills and experience working with SAP.
