About the role

  • BIM Manager coordinating complex projects and establishing BIM strategies for TEHORA, a multidisciplinary firm in Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overall BIM strategy for projects;
  • Establish methodological frameworks and BIM standards;
  • Oversee all BIM processes at a high level;
  • Advise project management on digital strategy and directions;
  • Optimize common data environments (CDE);
  • Supervise and train BIM leads;
  • Ensure integration of best practices;
  • Intervene in complex or critical situations.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in architecture, engineering, construction, the built environment, or a related field
  • 16+ years of BIM management experience, including significant experience in strategic roles;
  • Proven experience on large-scale, complex projects;
  • Advanced proficiency with common data environments (CDEs) and collaborative platforms;
  • Experience developing and implementing BIM standards;
  • Experience in consulting and providing strategic guidance.
