About the role

  • Analista Fiscal Sr managing corporate legal operations at Tegma, a leading logistics company in Brazil. Responsible for compliance, certifications, and legal documentation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Mid-level professional with strong technical expertise in company incorporation, amendment, regularization, and dissolution, optimizing processes with public and private agencies, as well as providing legal representation services and issuance/management of digital certificates.
  • Renewal and maintenance of all federal, state and municipal certificates, ensuring documentation required for renewals is up to date.
  • Renewal and maintenance of all company operating permits and related documentation required for renewals.
  • Renewal of Special Tax Regimes.
  • Ensure strict consistency between information recorded in company articles/contracts and contract amendments and the corresponding tax registrations (CNPJ, State Tax ID, Municipal Tax ID).
  • Maintain control of all federal, state and municipal notices from publication through resolution, meeting required deadlines.
  • Prepare control reports detailing all branches, current document dates and specific information for each unit.
  • Provide support to our Legal Department.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Review and update departmental processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Accounting or related fields.
  • Solid experience in corporate governance routines, including company formation, amendments, regularization and dissolution.
  • Experience handling procedures with public and private agencies (Federal Revenue Service, Boards of Trade, Municipalities, State Finance Departments - SEFAZ, among others).
  • Knowledge of state and municipal regulatory legislation.
  • Proficiency with government platforms for searches, amendments, filings and renewals.
  • Hands-on experience in renewing certificates, permits, special regimes and maintaining corporate documentation.
  • Experience managing and responding to federal, state and municipal notices.
  • Strong understanding of processes and legislation applicable to company registration and operation.
  • Knowledge of issuance and management of digital certificates.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain document control reports and manage deadlines.
  • Advantage: experience in large corporations or companies with multiple branches.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy; proactive in identifying risks and opportunities; analytical profile to review processes and propose optimizations; good communication and relationship skills with internal teams and external agencies; organized, time-management oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel).
  • Availability to work in São Bernardo do Campo — hybrid (3 days on-site per week).
