Deal Desk Analyst for Intapp, managing sales and operational processes in SaaS environment. Collaborating across teams to optimize contract workflows and provide analytical support.
Responsibilities
Assist segment team members in ongoing maintenance and update of critical client and opportunity data.
Become expert in Intapp’s contracts and entitlements system and processes.
Provide guidance to sales team on account & contract complexity.
Partner with Sales, Legal, Services, Deal Management, and Contract Ops to review, approve, and process non-standard deals.
Ensure on-going tracking of all deal elements that may have revenue recognition implications.
Act as segment representative to Contracts and Revenue teams to ensure on-going visibility.
Assist segment sales team in the creation and maintenance of their Deals in CRM.
Play a client advocacy role by collaborating with Contracts to resolve questions/issues.
Facilitate pre-closure deal audits.
Perform on-going data audits to validate critical system information on clients and transactions.
Provide training on internal processes and systems to Sales team members.
Requirements
3+ years in Dealdesk role in SaaS company
Experience using Salesforce
Demonstrated attention to detail
Strong report creation skills
Proven experience providing excellent operational support
Strong financial and business acumen with a client service mentality
Strong analytical skills
Ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources
Superior verbal and written communication skills
